Hi, I’m Crystal, the heart behind Fable Coffee.

My love for coffee actually began after becoming a mom. Somewhere between early mornings and long days, coffee became more than just a drink—it became a small moment of calm, creativity, and joy. I started experimenting at home, recreating drinks I couldn’t find locally and dreaming up fun new combinations. What began as making coffee for myself quickly turned into something I loved sharing with others.

That’s how Fable Coffee was born.

The name Fable comes from another thing I love just as much as coffee—books. I’m an avid reader (my favorite series is Throne of Glass), and to me, a good story pairs perfectly with a great cup of coffee. Both have the power to transport you, comfort you, and turn an ordinary moment into something memorable.

Through Fable Coffee, my goal is simple: to share little moments of joy. Whether it’s a creamy cold brew, a creative seasonal drink, or something unexpected like an ube vanilla latte or mango cream matcha, every drink is made with care and creativity.
